Just call us on either in the office on 01483 893885 or our mobile 07800 659907. The office has an answerphone for when we’re unable to take your call. If you reach the answerphone, please leave a message and we aim to call you back within the hour.

The Booking Process
When you book, we need to ask some questions to understand your requirements, including date and time of the event, location of the venue, age group and preferred inflatable. Once agreed, we’ll send out a personal confirmation letter, 2 copies of your Hire Agreement, and an addressed envelope.
We request that you check the details, sign one copy of the Hire Agreement (you keep the other copy) and return it to us together with a cheque for 50% of the total charge. On the day of the event, the remaining 50% of the total charge is payable.
The day of the Booking
On the day of your booking, we’ll arrive at the agreed time and check that the site is suitable, with no stones, gravel etc. We will need the space to be cleared of garden furniture, toys etc if necessary, before we arrive. We will then set up the inflatable in the most suitable position, this takes about 20 minutes.
We’ll explain the Usage and Operating Instructions for you to enjoy your event safely, leaving a copy with you and then leave you to enjoy your event. If the inflatable you book is not for use at home, we will agree in advance who to contact at the venue on the day of the event.
