Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I power the inflatable?
    • We just need access to a standard plug socket. We provide a heavy-duty extension leads and circuit breakers. Alternatively, a petrol generator is also available for an additional charge.
  • How do I book?
    • Just call us on either in the office on 01483 893885 or our mobile 07800 659907. The office has an answerphone for when we’re unable to take your call. If you reach the answerphone, please leave a message and we aim to call you back within the hour. Alternatively, send an email to enquiries@missioninflatable.co.uk and we aim to contact you within 24 hours. For more details see How to Book.
  • Are you reliable?
    • Once we have confirmed your booking, we offer delivery on time of a clean and safety tested inflatable. We never let a customer down
  • Do you accept cheques?
    • Cheques are accepted, made payable to ‘Mission Inflatable’. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards
  • What is Public Liability Insurance?
    • This offers insurance against any accidents that occur due to our negligent set up of the inflatable. This insurance does not cover injuries to customers or damage caused to the inflatable due to misuse.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    • We request a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, payable within 7 days of making the booking. If you decide to cancel, your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours of the day of the booking.
